Letter to Your Friend Describing Your Recent Journey by Bus
Dear Polash,
I hope this letter finds you well. I wanted to share my recent bus journey experience with you. A few days ago, I traveled from Dhaka to Khulna. My friend Sohel, who lives in Khulna, had invited me to visit him. The day before the trip, I got a bus ticket, and I was lucky to have a seat by the window. The bus started its journey at 7 in the morning.
As the bus moved along, I saw trees, houses, and small shops on both sides of the road. Some passengers got off the bus when we reached Aricha Ghat. The sight of the impressive Padma River really caught my attention. I even wished I could stay on the ferry that we took to cross the river. While on the ferry, I heard an old man singing a song, which added to the journey's charm.
The ferry ride lasted about an hour, and once we reached Doulatdia Ghat, the bus journey resumed. We passed through places like Rajbari, Faridpur, Meghna, and Jhenidah on our way. When we finally arrived in Khulna, my friend warmly welcomed me. Upon reaching his home, I found that a room had already been prepared for me.
That's all for today. Wishing you all the best.
Take care,
Mithu
