Letter to Your Friend Who Expressed His Condolence on Your Father's Death
Dear Mita,
I hope this letter finds you well. Thank you so much for your kind and understanding letter. You mentioned that sometimes words don't do a good job of comforting, but having caring friends like you around during tough times really helps. I truly appreciate your thoughtful letter.
Some people believe that passing away without knowing can be a relief for the person who dies, even though it's painful for their family and friends. My father didn't go through a long illness. He peacefully left this world while he was asleep. While it's still sinking in, his passing has been a big shock for me.
My father held a special place in his heart for you, and he mentioned you often in his final days. However, I'm going to keep this letter short for now. I wish you all the best.
Take care,
Liza
