Also, different ages need different exercises. After exercise, it's important to eat the right food, or else our health will suffer.

Exercise is good for both the body and the mind. It makes our muscles and body parts strong. It also keeps diseases away and keeps us feeling well. This way, exercise helps us have more energy to work and do well in life.

Actually, exercise is what keeps us healthy, and being healthy is the key to success. If we want to enjoy life and what we have, we need a strong body and mind. So, we should exercise regularly, but not too much.
