Problems of Unemployment

Unemployment is a big problem that our government faces. Our leaders are working very hard to solve it wisely. If it's not fixed soon, there might be a big change in society to solve it. The main reason for unemployment is that the number of people is growing quickly. Since our country became independent, the number of people in India has become three times bigger. When there are more people, there aren't enough jobs for everyone. This makes it hard for the government to give jobs to everyone. The government should try its best to give jobs to as many people as possible. We're lucky that our government is really trying to solve this big problem now. Because the number of people keeps getting bigger, there aren't enough jobs in some areas. When young people can't find jobs even when they try really hard, they get upset and sad.

There are three types of unemployment. The first type is when people who don't have much education can't find jobs. The second type is when educated people can't find jobs even though they don't have special skills. The third type is when people with technical skills, like engineers, also can't find jobs. Let's talk about each of these types.

For people with less education, many of them work every day to earn money. They gather in certain places hoping to find work for the day. They're not too sad if they don't find work every time. Sometimes they get jobs, and sometimes they don't. They're used to dealing with this, even though they sometimes feel upset when they don't have enough food or clothes. This is true for people who work in cities. People who work on farms in villages also don't feel too sad because they can usually find work during certain times of the year.

Because more and more people are getting education, we don't have enough jobs for everyone. So, educated people feel really sad when they can't find jobs. They usually look for office jobs, but there aren't enough of those jobs for everyone who's educated. This is a tricky problem that our government is facing.

The educated people who have technical skills feel frustrated when they can't find jobs even with their good skills. It's true that they can usually find jobs because of their skills, but since there are more and more of them, they also become unemployed. Education is great and everyone should get it, but the problem is that we can't give jobs to everyone who gets educated. This is why educated young people often feel sad.

Young educated people should change their thinking. Instead of only looking for jobs, they should try to create their own jobs. This way, the big problem of unemployment can be reduced.
