Respected Sir,
I, Tamim Rahman, a student of Class Eight at Dhaka Residential Model School, am writing on behalf of all the students to bring to your attention the need for more books in our school library.
Our school is well-known in the capital city, and we take pride in our pursuit of knowledge. However, the current collection of textbooks is not enough to quench our thirst for learning. We yearn to explore novels, poetry, plays, stories, biographies, and more to broaden our knowledge horizons.
Unfortunately, the number of books in the library has remained unchanged, and they are not sufficient for the large student population of nearly four thousand. The existing books have worn out due to extensive use, and many essential reference books are missing. Purchasing all the books we need from the market is not feasible for most students.
A well-stocked library would greatly benefit both students and teachers. Regrettably, our current library resources are inadequate, and we cannot access books based on our interests and requirements. Thus, we earnestly request more books to satisfy our intellectual curiosity.
I sincerely hope that you will kindly consider our plea and allocate funds to purchase additional books for our school library. Your support in this matter will be highly appreciated and acknowledged.
