Hi Jikrul!

I got your letter yesterday. You were curious about my country and the people here. So, I'll tell you a bit about it.

Bangladesh is like nature's favorite child. It's a place with lots of natural beauty. There are many lovely spots here. The Sundarbans, forests in the hilly areas, tea gardens in Sylhet, and Cox's Bazar beach are the special places. Bangladesh has a lot of people for its size. About 800 people live in every square kilometer. Around 80% of the people live in villages.

Most of the folks in our country are Muslims. We also have Hindus, Buddhists, Christians, and Tribal people. People here are known for being very friendly and welcoming. When we have guests, we treat them really well. We celebrate various festivals with a lot of excitement, like Pahela Baishakh and Nabanna Utsab.
