The Story of Two Friends and Bear
Once upon a time, there were two really good friends who lived in a village. They were really close and had promised to help each other no matter what. One day, in the evening, these two friends were walking through a lonely jungle. This jungle was a home to many wild animals.
As they were strolling along, they suddenly saw a bear heading their way. This was scary! Both of them got super scared and didn't know what to do. But one of the friends knew how to climb a tree, so he quickly scrambled up one. The other friend wasn't familiar with tree-climbing, but he remembered something important – bears don't eat animals that are already dead. So, he had an idea. He lay down on the ground, pretending to be dead.
The bear came closer and sniffed at him. It seemed like the bear wasn't sure what to do. It paused for a bit, maybe thinking something over. Then, believing that the friend on the ground was no longer alive, the bear eventually went away.
Once the bear was gone, the friend who had climbed the tree climbed down and asked his friend, "Hey, what did the bear say to you?" The other friend replied, "The bear told me to be cautious about friends who run away and leave their pals in trouble."
