Thirsty Fox and A Foolish Goat, Look Before You Leap

Thirsty Fox and the Silly Goat: Think Before You Act

Once upon a time during a hot summer, a thirsty fox was desperately searching for water. He spent the whole day looking around for a drink. Eventually, he stumbled upon a deep well. The fox tried to reach the water but ended up falling in.

Fortunately, there was a bit of water in the well, so he didn't drown. He quenched his thirst as best as he could. But when he tried to climb out, he couldn't manage it.

Around the same time, a goat arrived at the well, also seeking a drink. Seeing the fox inside, the goat asked, "Can I find water to drink down there? I'm really thirsty."

The clever fox was happy to see the goat and thought of a way to save himself. He quickly replied, "Absolutely! There's plenty of water down here. In fact, I jumped in and I'm enjoying the water to the fullest. If you want to taste it yourself, just jump right in!"

Without much thinking, the foolish goat leaped into the well. As soon as the goat was in the well, the fox used the goat's back as a stepping stone to climb out. He hopped onto the goat's long horns and managed to escape from the well. Before leaving, he peered back into the well and remarked, "Silly goat, always be careful before taking a big leap!"

Remember, it's wise to think before you act, just like the thirsty fox taught the goat a valuable lesson.
