Dear Sir,

I am a regular student of Class 8 in your school. My father is a government employee, and he recently got transferred from Rangpur to Dhaka. Our family will be moving there soon. Due to this situation, I won't be able to continue my studies in this school. Therefore, I kindly request a transfer certificate to join a new school in Dhaka.
