Subject: Request to improve our college/school library.

Dear Sir,

We, the students of your college/school, want to talk about the library. The library doesn't have enough books for all of us. The books in the library are old and damaged because they are used a lot. Also, we don't have all the important books we need. We also don't have enough newspapers and magazines to read. 

So, we kindly ask you to please make the library better by adding more books and magazines.
