Dear Dad,

I hope you're doing well. I'm fine too. It's been a while since I left home for my hostel. I know you were worried about sending me here, even though everything is okay on my end. I really miss you and everyone at home. It feels like it's been ages since I last saw you.

Anyway, I read in the newspaper that the prices of things we need every day are increasing a lot where we live. They've become so expensive that regular people can't easily afford them. This price increase is mostly because the costs of diesel and petrol have gone up. Some unfair traders and hoarders are also making the situation worse by creating fake shortages in the market.

Since things are like this, could you please let me know how the prices have changed in our area? I'm curious about how you manage everything with the money you have, especially after paying for my education. I'm a bit worried about how things are going.
