Dear Sir,
I want to let you know that I am a student in class twelve in your college. My dad works for the government. He was recently moved from Sirajganj to Bogura. Our whole family has gone there. So, I've been left without a home, and it's been really hard to keep up with my studies. I don't have any family around to stay with and keep going to classes here. Also, my dad can't find a place for me to live in the city. Actually, it's gotten so tough for me to keep going to your college.
So, in this situation, I'm asking if you could please give me a paper saying I can switch schools. Then, I can go to the new college and have to do that.
