Subject: Request to Allow a School Trip/Picnic

Dear Sir,

We, the students of your school, want to say that some of us want to go on a trip/picnic to Sonargaon. Sonargaon is a very old place with lots of history. Classes are a bit boring, and a trip/picnic can make our lives more interesting. It can also teach us new things and help us learn more. Two of our teachers will come with us to take care of us. So, we need your permission.

We hope you can allow us to go on the trip/picnic and provide some money for it.
