Write a Letter to Your Friend Describing the Picnic You Have Enjoyed Recently

Dear Farhana,

I hope this letter finds you well. Your letter reached me yesterday, and I was sad to hear that you couldn't make it to our picnic. I wanted to share my experience with you, so here it goes!

Firstly, let me tell you how much we missed you during the picnic. It would have been wonderful to have you there with us. Now, let me tell you a little bit about what happened.

We chose Sonargaon as our picnic spot, which is around twenty miles away from Dhaka. There were about thirty-five of us, including one of our teachers. We took a bus and reached there by 9 in the morning. We brought all the things we needed for the picnic. At around 9:30 AM, we had breakfast together. We didn't bring a cook along, but our Math teacher, Mr. Anwar Hossain, is really good at cooking, so he helped us prepare the food.

Around 2 PM, we had lunch ready, and by then, we were all quite hungry. We ate with great enthusiasm. After our delicious lunch, we went for sightseeing. Sonargaon is a place with a lot of history, and it used to be the capital of Bengal in the past. The museum in Sonargaon was especially interesting and captivating.

We wrapped up our day around 5 PM and had some tea before heading back home.

I really wish you could have been there to share these moments with us. I hope you're doing well and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Take care,

Shagun
