Dear Sir,
I would like to inform you that I am a regular student of class vii of your school. We have a large family of eight members. My father is a government service holder. He has been retired on the 22nd instant. He is only earning member of our family. Now he is unable to bear my educational expenses any longer. So I need a stipend from your school poor fund.

I would therefore, request you to kindly grant me a stipend/ a financial help from your school poor fund to continue my studies further and oblige thereby.
