Dear Sir,
With due respect and humble submission I beg to state that I was a student of your school during last five years. I passed the S.S.C examination from your school in 2011. I am from science group. My Roll No is 253842 and Reg. No 142384. Now I need a testimonial to get myself admitted into a college.

I, therefore, hope that you would kindly issue me a testimonial referring to my character and other activities in your school during the last five years.
