Arsenic is a kind of poison. It is a very poisonous white compound of frail element. This element is generally found in tube-well water. It causes arsenicosis. Arsenicosis is a serious health hazard. It causes cancer and leads a person to death. It is a slow process. It builds up human body gradually. It is not a contagious disease. People who drink arsenic polluted water suffer from arsenicosis. The main recommendation for the arsenic affected people is to drink arsenic free water and eat a lot of small fishes  and vegetables containing vitamin A, C and E. Surface water is free from arsenic. But it is not safe. Arsenic cannot be removed by boiling water. It can be removed by filtering in a particular process. Rain water is a potential source of arsenic free water. So, to get ride of this problem, we should drink arsenic free water and eat a lot of fishes and vegetables. Moreover, deep tube-wells should be set up with a large extent and arsenic affected patients should be treated carefully.
