Story | A Brave Boy

One day some boys were playing cricket in a school field. All on a sudden they heard a hue and cry nearby. The boys stopped playing then and went to the spot. They found that a house was burning. Some people were trying heart and soul to put off the fire. Suddenly a woman drew their attention. She was crying. They went to her. They asked her why she was crying. A man from the crowd said that her only child was inside the burning house. It touched them. They thought that they should do something. But who would save the baby? At last a brave boy entered the burning house with a sack. He found that the baby was sleeping and it was safe. He took the baby with the sack and came out running. When he gave the baby to its mother, she began to laugh and kiss her baby. Everybody praised him for his bravery.
