A chair is a kind of  furniture . Very often we sit on it and take a rest. Generally it is made of plastic, wood, Steel, bamboo or cane. A. chair has four legs and a surface. The surface is very smooth and plain. It has also two arms and a back. Some chairs have no arms. But they are not so comfortable. There are many kinds of chairs. Such as wheel chairs, normal chairs, easy chairs etc. Wheel chairs are used by the patients. Sometimes we keep a cushion on a chair. It is more comfortable. A chair is a very useful and well-known furniture in our society. Generally it is one or two feet high. Only a person can sit on it.
