Egg-Plant means a brinjal plant. It is very little and bushy. It is not thorny. Generally it is 3-7 feet high. It bears brinjals in season. It is one kind of vegetable. It looks very beautiful. We make curry from it. It is very soft and tasty. Generally it is a winter vegetable. But now it is grown all the year round in our county. I have planted many kinds of egg-plants. We can meet up our domestic demand with the brinials we get from it. We also sell the rest. Many people earn their livelihood by cultivating.
