Story | A Messenger And The Shoe Of His Horse

Once upon a time, there was a messenger who had an important job. The king had given him some very important instructions to deliver to the commander of the army on the battlefield. Before he started his journey, the messenger noticed that one of the nails was missing from the horse's shoe. But he didn't think it was a big problem, so he ignored it and decided to leave right away.

As the messenger was on his way, another nail from the horse's shoe fell off. But he didn't let that stop him and kept going. Eventually, all the nails came off and the horse's shoe fell apart. The horse couldn't run anymore, and it was getting late. The messenger became very worried. He tried to make the horse go faster, but it soon became tired and collapsed. Sadly, the horse died, and the messenger was also injured.

Even though the destination wasn't far, the messenger had no choice but to continue on foot. But it was too late. When he finally reached the battlefield, he discovered that their army had already been defeated by the enemy. So, by trying to save a few minutes, the messenger ended up wasting many hours.
