Dear Sir,

With due respect and humble submission, I beg to state that my father is a banker. Recently he has been transferred to Dhaka. Our family will shift there next week. Here I have no relative to reside with. Besides, there is no hostel in our school. My parents also want me to go with them. So I need a transfer certificate. I have cleared of my dues.

I, therefore, hope that you would kindly issue me a transfer certificate and oblige thereby.
