Story | Greedy Travellers

Once upon a time, three friends went on a trip to find some job. While traveling, they discovered a bag filled with shiny gold coins. They all agreed to share the treasure equally. Feeling hungry, they chose one person to go to a nearby town and get some food. However, this person had an evil plan. He wanted to keep all the gold for himself, so he decided to poison the food before returning to his friends.

Meanwhile, the other two friends were also consumed by greed. In the absence of the third friend, they decided to kill him and split the treasure between themselves. When the deceitful friend arrived with the food, they immediately attacked him and ended his life. Unfortunately, they didn't know that the food was poisoned. As soon as they ate it, they all died instantly.

In this sad story, their greed not only cost them the treasure they desired but also took away their lives.
