Dear Sir,
I, on behalf of the students of your school, would like to draw your attention to the fact that ours is a big and famous school. Though a common room is a part and parcel of a school, we have no common room in our school. During leisure we cannot go to common room and pass our time by playing games or reading newspaper. As a result we pass our leisure aimlessly. So we need a common room.

I, therefore, hope that you would kindly set up a common room in our school.
