Composition | Spring In Bangladesh
Spring is the nicest of all the seasons. It is the prettiest and the most beautiful one. Poets from different countries have praised it. Spring comes after winter and lasts from the middle of February to the end of March. Nature and people come alive in spring. That's why I really like this season.
In winter, leaves on trees dry up and fall off. Fields become dry and lose their greenery. Flowers bloom abundantly. Nature looks lovely. The earth becomes beautiful and smiles. Different kinds of birds, including the cuckoo, sing happily. The sky is bright and farmers are free to harvest their crops. Women visit their parents' houses after a year. Grown-up sons and daughters get married in this wonderful season. Village children play games in the rice fields. Elderly people enjoy chatting and playing games. Festivals, village fairs, cow races, and poetry recitals are held in the rice fields.
Seeds of mustard, jute, and rice are planted in this season. Sweet fruits are available in large quantities. Various vegetables and fish are sold at low prices.
This season doesn't last long. We can hardly tell when it ends. Because it's such a short period, everyone longs for it.
A gentle breeze blows throughout the day in this season. Small waves in rivers make soft sounds. Singing birds fill the air with sweet melodies all day long. Bees buzz, boatmen and cowboys sing lovely songs. Butterflies dance from one flower to another.
Spring is the most beautiful and prettiest of all seasons. We should make the most of this season.
