Story | The dogs

One morning, a hunter was following an animal. He tied his dogs together so they would hunt in a proper way and not pull in different directions. Jowler and Vixen were tied together as a pair. They were young and new to hunting. The two dogs were good friends and always played together. They took each other's side in an argument. The other dogs thought they would make good partners. However, when they were tied together, they acted strangely. They both wanted to go in different directions and walk differently. They would pull each other in different directions and this would often lead to a fight. Jowler, the male dog, treated Vixen, the female dog, badly. He didn't take care of her or treat her kindly. An old dog who was watching them fight scolded them, saying, "Silly puppies, why do you always fight? Why don't you ask each other what you want? Then you can both be peaceful! I learned this when I was in a similar situation as you."

Moral: To have a good partnership, it is important to agree and work together.
