Being healthy is like having a lot of money. It's important to keep this wealth safe from sickness. To do that, we need to stop diseases before they happen because it's easier than trying to fix them later. But many of us don't pay attention to this advice. As a result, we suffer a lot from different illnesses. To prevent diseases, we need to follow some health rules.

First, we should eat the right kind of food that has things like carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, and minerals. These vitamins and minerals help us stay healthy. We also need to rest well, sleep enough, and do regular physical exercise. Drinking clean water is important too. We should also control our emotions, be patient, face reality, and avoid getting anxious.

Most importantly, we need to keep things clean. Many diseases come from dirtiness. So, we should wash our hands with soap before meals and after using the toilet. It's also important to keep our nails short, take a bath every day, and wash our clothes regularly. We shouldn't use other people's clothes, combs, or towels. We should avoid spitting everywhere because it can cause diseases like diarrhea, skin problems, flu, and tuberculosis.

Additionally, there are three shots that young children under five should get to prevent certain diseases. For example, there's a shot for tuberculosis called BCG, one for diphtheria, whooping cough, and tetanus called DPT, one for polio called polio, and one for measles called measles.
