Composition | The Happiest Day in Your Life
I remember a day very clearly when I was extremely happy. It was after my final exams at school, and I was back in my village home. I was feeling really relaxed and content. But then, my peaceful eight-hour sleep was interrupted by joyful shouts. My mother, brothers, and sisters were all calling my name with love and excitement. I quickly got out of bed and went outside, where I saw a telegram being passed around with messages of congratulations. It said that I had passed the final exams with good grades. I couldn't contain my happiness at that moment. The rest of the day went by in a whirlwind of joy. Relatives came to congratulate me, and I went to seek blessings from the elders in the village and my teachers. The ladies in my family treated me with love and showered me with demands for sweets. It reminded me of a quote by Wordsworth: "It was sheer bliss to be alive in that morning, and to be young was like being in heaven!" The elders suggested that we should offer prayers to our village and household deities and receive blessings with proper solemnity. Looking back, I wonder if I should have been so happy on that day. But the truth remains that it was my first taste of success, and it made me incredibly happy. Soon, however, I realized that my responsibility had increased to continue my studies and build a successful career.
