Dear Muna,

I hope this letter finds you well. I received your letter in which you asked about the yearly prize-giving event at our school. I'm writing to tell you all about it.

The annual prize-giving ceremony at our school took place on April 2nd within our school premises. We decorated the school building nicely for the occasion. The event started promptly at 10 am with a recitation from the holy Quran. The Chief Guest was T. N. O., and our principal delivered the school's annual report. Then, the main part of the ceremony commenced.

The principal called each recipient by name, and the president of the event presented the prizes and shook hands with the winners. I was fortunate enough to receive two prizes myself. To conclude the day, we organized a brief performance to entertain the attendees. It was a truly special and enjoyable day for all of us.
