Composition A Journey by Boat/A Boat Journey That I Enjoyed

Going on a trip makes people happy. Bangladesh has many rivers and canals. So, here, going on a boat trip is very common. One morning, I and some friends went on a boat trip from Mathbaria to Tuskhali. We had a lot of fun.

We left the noisy town quickly. The green river banks looked beautiful to us. We enjoyed seeing the rice fields, jute fields, and green trees. There were many small houses on both sides of the river. Children from the village were playing by the river. We also saw different kinds of birds flying around. The peaceful countryside made us very happy.

Around noon, our boat reached a market. We stopped there and got off the boat. We went to the market and bought rice, eggs, and a big Hilsa fish. Then we went back to our boat and started cooking. We had brought utensils and fuel with us. My friend Nadim started singing a song, and I and Imran joined him. Nasir and Shamin were good at cooking, so they prepared the food. We had our lunch at 2 p.m.

After eating, we continued our boat journey. We tried our best to reach our destination before sunset, but we couldn't make it. Still, we enjoyed the beautiful sunset over the calm water. The evening started to cover the land with shadows. We returned at 8 a.m.

The boat journey was very enjoyable, and I had a lot of fun. I had a unique experience from that trip, and I will always remember it.
