Composition A Journey by Train/A Journey by Train That I Enjoyed

A journey fills me with excitement and brings immense pleasure. Making a train journey has always held a great fascination for me, and I eagerly awaited the opportunity. Finally, a few months ago, the chance to embark on a train journey presented itself, and I relished every moment of it.

Living in Mymensingh and with my uncle serving in Dhaka, I happily accepted his invitation to spend some time with his family. As my school was closed at that time, my heart was brimming with joy, knowing that my dream was about to come true. The day of the journey couldn't come soon enough, and when it finally arrived, I made sure to be at Mymensingh Railway station an hour before the train's departure.

The station was a bustling place, with rickshaws, motor cars, and other vehicles bringing passengers to catch their trains. Coolies were busy assisting travelers with their luggage, and a large number of passengers filled the station. Some people were busy moving around, others were reading newspapers, and some were engaged in friendly conversations near the tea stalls. Hawkers were selling newspapers, magazines, and books, adding to the lively atmosphere. I stood in a long queue at the ticket counter and purchased a second-class ticket.

At the scheduled time, the train arrived at the platform, and I quickly boarded it. Luckily, I managed to secure a seat next to the window, which was very comfortable. As the train departed from the station, its speed gradually increased, and I delighted in the picturesque view of green fields, trees, and orchards on both sides of the railway. Watching the scenery change as the train advanced, leaving behind trees, fields, and houses was truly delightful. After four hours, we arrived at Kamlampur railway station.

The journey proved to be an immensely pleasant experience, and it has become one of the most cherished memories of my life. I will forever hold onto the joy and excitement of that day, never to forget the happiness it brought me.
