Food Adulteration Paragraph
Food adulteration is when something bad is added to raw food. This can make the food not good to eat or even make people sick. The bad things added can be other foods or things that aren't food, like chemicals or colors that shouldn't be eaten. Bad people sometimes do this to make money. They mix yucky chemicals with food to make it look better or stay fresh longer. Like, they might put a harmful chemical called formalin on fish so they don't spoil quickly.
They also use chemicals that are not allowed, like DDT, Aldrin, Chlordane, and Heptachlor, on things like milk, fruits, and vegetables. This is really bad for the country. People who eat this bad food can get very sick, even from serious diseases like cancer or problems with their kidneys and heart. It's like they're slowly being poisoned. If lots of people eat this bad food for a long time, some of them might even die.
So, we need to stop food adulteration. The government can make a rule called the Food Safety Act to prevent this. And if anyone breaks this rule, they should get in big trouble as a lesson to others.
