Novel and Short Story Paragraph

A novel and a short story are two types of written stories. They are similar and different in some ways. A novel is a long story written in regular sentences. On the other hand, a short story is a brief story written in regular sentences. Both novels and short stories have a storyline. In a novel, the main character is a very important part of the story. In a similar way, the storyline of a short story is built around the main character. 

A novel's story includes many connected events that revolve around a central situation. A long short story also has events related to the main situation of the story. People often read novels and short stories for enjoyment. Both can be written to entertain the reader. Novels can be sorted into groups based on their style. They can be seen as romantic, realistic, impressionistic, naturalistic, or following the stream of consciousness style. A short story can also belong to any of these groups, but in a smaller way. 

In a novel, the characters, actions, and events are closely tied together. This creates a feeling of everything fitting well. A short story also has this feeling of everything fitting together because of the close relationship between the characters, events, and actions.
