Out of all the things you own, your health is the most valuable. Everything else you have doesn't matter much if you're not healthy. Being healthy means your body and mind are in good shape. To stay healthy, there are some simple rules to follow.

First, eat a balanced diet. That means eating different kinds of foods that are good for you. Drink clean and pure water, and try to live in a clean place without pollution. But sadly, many people in our country don't have enough good food. They don't even have the basic food they need to survive, let alone the right kind of food. Even rich and educated people don't always know what food is best for them and how to stay healthy. Some think that expensive food is always the best, but that's not true.

Life can be complicated, and that can make us unhealthy in both our body and mind. I believe that a simple and relaxed life is better for our health. So, all of us should aim to have a simple and relaxed life to stay healthy.
