Application for hanging some electric fans in the class room

Subject: Request for Installing Electric Fans in Classrooms.

Dear Sir,

We, the students of your school, want to talk about something important. Our school building has a roof made of tin, and the classrooms are not very big. But there are a lot of students in each class. When summer comes, the rooms get really hot and hard to breathe in. None of the rooms have electric fans, which makes it really tough to go to classes in the summer. We have a small request: could you please put up some electric fans in our classrooms? It would help us a lot and make studying easier during the hot season.

We hope you consider our request and make arrangements to install electric fans in each classroom.
