Application For increasing common room facilities

Subject: Request for Better Common Room Facilities

Dear Sir,

We, the students of your school, would like to bring to your attention an important matter regarding our common room. The common room is not well-equipped for our needs. It lacks proper facilities for us to have fun and enjoy ourselves during our free time. We are unable to make the most of our breaks due to the absence of indoor sports equipment like carom, chess, and table tennis. Moreover, there is no television available, which is a common source of entertainment and also provides educational value. With a TV, we could explore the world and learn many things about it.

Additionally, we lack access to a variety of newspapers, magazines, and periodicals, which are essential for our learning and understanding of the world. These materials reflect the broader world and its happenings, but unfortunately, we are currently deprived of such resources.

Given these circumstances, we earnestly request and hope that you will consider our situation with empathy and understanding. We kindly ask you to address this issue by improving our common room facilities.
