Application for not to allow cell phone in the classroom

Subject: Request to Stop Using Cell Phones in Classrooms.

Dear Madam,

I want to let you know that some students in our class use cell phones during lessons. This causes problems for both students and teachers. The students who want to pay attention get upset and can't focus because of this. We've asked them many times to not use cell phones, but it hasn't worked.

So, could you please put up a notice that says students can't use cell phones in class?
