Subject: Request for Permission for a Study Tour

Dear Sir,

We are the students of Class X from your school, and we want to ask for your permission to go on a study tour. We have a plan to visit three historical places: Paharpur, Mahastangarh, and Mainamati. Our regular classes have become a bit dull and uninteresting, and we believe that a study tour can help us break away from this routine. Furthermore, we think this tour will help us learn more.

Two of our teachers have kindly agreed to guide us during this trip. Our group will consist of 15 students, and we intend to spend a day at each of the places mentioned. We have calculated that we will need Tk. 2000/- from each student. We are willing to contribute Tk. 1500/- each, but we will still require an additional Tk. 7500/- to cover all the expenses.

Therefore, we kindly request your approval for providing Tk. 7500/- to support this endeavor and to help us arrange a successful tour.
