Independence Day Paragraph

March 26th, our Independence Day, is the very big celebration day for our state. Every year, we celebrate this day in our country with a lot of excitement and energy. It's a special day off from work and school. Everything is closed on this day, like offices, schools, and stores.

The day starts with 31 loud sounds. Early in the morning, the President and the Prime Minister lay flowers at a special place called the National Mausoleum. This is to remember and honor the people who died for our country. After that, important people like diplomats, political groups, and people who fought for our freedom also show respect to these heroes. Regular people from all over the country also come together for marches and parades.

During the day, there are many shows that tell the story of our brave fight for independence in 1971. There's also a special parade with soldiers and police showing their skills. This happens in a place called the National Parade Ground. In another place called Bangabandhu Stadium, students and scouts put on displays to entertain a lot of people.

Schools and colleges also do their own things to celebrate. They have sports events and games. There's even an exciting boat race in the river Buriganga.

When it gets dark, all the important buildings light up with different colors. There are also performances by different groups that celebrate our culture. This happens at places like Bangla Academy and Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy. Similar things go on in different parts of the country too.
