The School I Study Composition

Matbari Serajla High School is the name of my school. The School was founded by a wealthy man named Elem Boksh Sardar. It holds a prestigious status among the schools in the Khulna district.

Located at a convenient junction of four roads, the school facilitates easy access for boys and girls from nearby villages. To the east of the school flows the river Koyra, and students also come from the other side of the river.

A single-story building houses the school, comprising fifteen spacious rooms with a wide, well-ventilated verandah. The Headmaster has a separate room, and adjacent to it is the office room where two clerks manage the school records. The teachers have their own Common Room. The school also boasts science laboratories, a students' common room, scouts' room, cadets' room, library, and gymnasium.

The common room serves as a place for students to play indoor games and read newspapers, magazines, and other materials. The library, known for its extensive collection, provides a quiet space for students to read, and books are issued to them. Additionally, the school has two large hostels, each supervised by two teachers who oversee the students.

School typically starts at 11 am and concludes at 4 pm. Before classes commence, at 10:30 am, students gather for the assembly, recite the oath, and sing the National Anthem. After the assembly, classes begin at 11 am. During the break, students have a one-hour recess for their tiffin. Meanwhile, Muslim students use this time to say their Zohar prayers.

Our school comprises 300 students and well-qualified teachers. The Headmaster holds a B.A.B. Ed with a 1st class, and his teaching experience is vast. Other teachers are also highly qualified, kind, and sympathetic, always willing to help us with our problems.

The school boasts a spacious playground, and the physical instructor, a skilled player himself, trains us in various games and sports. Football, volleyball, and cricket are popular choices among the students.

The school has earned a commendable reputation for its results. The Junior Scholarship and S.S.C Examination consistently yield satisfactory outcomes. Each year, more than three students receive junior scholarships, and numerous students obtain star marks in the S.S.C Examination.

Without a doubt, our school stands as one of the finest High Schools in Khulna District, with its name and fame spreading far and wide. I take immense pride in being a student of this school.
