Donkey without brain Kids Story

Long ago, there was a lion who lived in a big forest. This lion had become very old and couldn't catch his own food anymore. So, he had a jackal as his helper and friend. They would go hunting together. The lion would catch animals to eat, and the jackal would also get some food for himself by helping the lion.

One day, the lion got sick and felt really weak. He was really hungry but couldn't go out to find food. He called the jackal and said, "Hey, my dear friend, I'm really hungry, but I'm too sick to hunt. Can you please help me find some food?"

The jackal agreed and went to look for something to eat. After searching for a while, he found a donkey. He went up to the donkey and said, "Hey there, Mr. Donkey! The king of the forest wants to appoint you as his minister." The silly donkey was so happy to hear this that he didn't think about any tricks. He followed the jackal.

The lion ended up killing the donkey, but before he could eat, he felt really thirsty. He told the jackal, "Watch over the donkey for a moment. I'll be back soon." As soon as the lion left, the jackal started eating the donkey's brain. When the lion came back, he saw that the donkey's brain was missing.

The lion asked the jackal, "Where's the donkey's brain?" The jackal replied nervously, "Well, if he had a brain, do you think he would have come here in the first place?"

The lesson here is: A small bit of thinking can prevent a big problem.
