Consequently, their health deteriorates over time. They lose control of their emotions and actions, becoming useless to society. Their condition worsens day by day. As time goes on, tension continues to increase. High ambitions, frustration, social problems, political unrest, economic crises, and other factors contribute to the development of tension. Currently, we can observe tensions between nations. However, we can overcome tension by living a carefree life.
Living a carefree life means being free from anxieties and worries. To achieve this, we should avoid chasing after wealth and power. It is important not to nurture excessive ambitions, as they can drive us to madness. Instead, we should engage in meaningful work and dedicate ourselves to social and religious activities.
