A leader is someone who guides and directs others, whether in politics or leading a group with a certain belief. However, when we say "leader," we often mean a political leader. Not everyone can be a good leader. To be a good leader, certain qualities are needed to stand out among the people. First, a good leader must be able to make the right decisions at the right time. Second, a good leader is determined and sticks to their decisions. Third, a leader must have the ability to influence their followers. Fourth, a good leader is a skilled and persuasive speaker. Being able to give a good speech is important for success in leadership. Besides these qualities, a good leader also possesses other traits like bravery, honesty, politeness, keeping promises, being on time, love for their country, and having a selfless attitude.
