Paragraph on Mahasthangarh
A historical site is a place that shows us how time has passed. Visiting a historical site is very interesting and exciting. After a really stressful test, my friends and I decided to go on a one-day trip to Mahasthangarh. We started our visit on May 20, 2007. Historians say that Mahasthangarh was the oldest city in Bangladesh called Pundranagar. There are some high spots near Mahasthangarh called 'Vitas' Kundas, 'Ghous,' and 'Dhaps.' The Kankabati ghat is a part of a dried-up river. Mahasthangarh also has a museum. The things that caught my attention the most were the pictures, dice, jewelry, and pots that were found in Mahasthangarh. We looked at all of these old things and learned a lot about our own civilization. The 'Vitas' really amazed me. We stayed at Mahasthangarh for the whole day and came back in the evening. It was a truly rewarding trip.
