Friend Is for Friend Completing Story
One sunny morning, I was heading to college with some of my buddies. We were really happy and giggly because we were chitchatting about our exciting plan for a picnic. All of a sudden, something unexpected happened and we found ourselves in a tricky situation. One of my friends suddenly collapsed and fell to the ground.
We didn't waste a moment; me and two other friends quickly picked him up from the ground. I hailed a rickshaw to take our sick friend to a nearby hospital. But guess what? The rickshaw driver wasn't very cooperative and asked for more money than usual. So, we had to pay him twice the fare.
Anyway, we managed to get our unwell friend to the hospital. The doctors there admitted him and started his treatment. They hooked him up to a saline drip and advised him to rest in a hospital bed. As the afternoon rolled in, they let him leave with some medicines to take.
In a rush, we headed back to college only to realize that we had missed our exam. We were pretty worried, but we knew we had to do something. We decided to meet with our college Principal and tell him the whole story. We explained what happened and asked if there was any way we could take the exam later. To our relief, the Principal agreed and allowed us to retake the exam on Friday. We were so grateful to him for understanding our situation.
With our friend in tow, still not feeling well, we made our way back to his house. This whole experience reminded us that true friends are there for each other in times of trouble. And just like that, we learned that real friendship means being there to support each other no matter what comes our way.
