A dialogue between two friends in hospital
Asif: Good morning, Imran! How is your friend feeling today?
Imran: Hey there, good morning, Asif. I'm not sure, can't really tell.
A: Did he manage to sleep well last night?
I: No, he couldn't sleep at all, and I couldn't either.
A: You look really worn out.
I: I've got a terrible headache.
A: Have you thought about taking any medicine?
I: Yeah, I think I'll go for an aspirin.
A: But what can you do to help him?
I: I'm thinking about asking the doctor to give him a sleeping pill tonight.
A: Who's taking care of him medically?
I: Dr. Ikram is his doctor.
A: Did they run any tests?
I: Yep, they did some tests yesterday, and we'll find out the results today.
A: Did they do any x-rays?
I: Yeah, they took a few x-rays yesterday.
A: Is he dealing with diabetes? How about his blood pressure?
I: Thankfully, he doesn't have diabetes, but his blood pressure is a bit high. He used to smoke a lot, which might have affected his liver. The doctor said they'll do more tests today.
A: Did he manage to quit smoking?
I: Yes, he did, following the doctor's advice. It's pretty amazing how he could do it.
A: Well, then let's hope he recovers soon. We'll have a clearer picture when all the test results come back.
I: Definitely, let's stay hopeful.
A: Things will get better. Which hospital is he in?
I: He's at Mayo Hospital, staying in room #122 on the first floor.
