We, the students of Class XII / X at your school, sincerely request your attention to the inadequate facilities in our common room. Currently, we lack magazines, newspapers, and sufficient furniture, which hinders our access to valuable information and worldly news.

We earnestly pray and hope that you would be kind enough to take necessary measures to enhance the common room facilities at our school, thereby enabling us to broaden our general knowledge and stay informed about global events.
