Dialogue Between Two Friends on Liberation War of Bangladesh
Zafi: Hi Zarif! How are you doing?
Zarif: I'm good. How about you?
Zafi: I'm good too. Do you know about the story of our Liberation War?
Zarif: Yes, I learned about it. I went to the National Memorial in Savar to honor the heroes after knowing about the Liberation War.
Zafi: I did the same recently. Can you believe how much those heroes sacrificed during the war?
Zarif: I know, around three million people lost their lives during that time.
Zafi: Exactly! Also, about three hundred thousand girls and women were harmed by the Pakistani Army and their helpers.
Zarif: Yes, our women played a big role and gave up their lives for our country's Liberation War.
Zafi: Absolutely! Our freedom fighters were really brave and didn't fear even in the face of death.
Zarif: You're right. We achieved victory but it came at a high cost of many lives.
Zafi: Yes, the cost was very high. Money can't measure it.
Zarif: Exactly! I agree with you.
Zafi: Yes, their noble actions are remembered through their sacrifices.
Zarif: You're totally right. What they did is beyond measure.
Zafi: They are honored for their honorable actions. I have to go now. Thank you so much.
Zarif: You're welcome. Goodbye and let's meet again.
