Eid-al-Fitr

Eid-al-Fitr is a very important festival for Muslims. It comes after a whole month of fasting called Ramadan. Muslims celebrate Eid-al-Fitr to mark the end of Ramadan, and it's a time of happiness and joy. This day is really special for Muslims. During Eid-al-Fitr, Muslims share greetings with their close friends and family. They also give gifts and new clothes to poor people. On this day, people wear new clothes and gather at special places to pray together. After the prayer, they hug each other and say "Eid Mubarak," which means "Happy Eid." They also visit their relatives' houses. Yummy dishes like khichuri, Payesh, Polao, and Korma are prepared to enjoy on this day. Kids have lots of fun on Eid. There are special shows on the radio and TV. So, Eid-al-Fitr brings a lot of happiness to the Muslim world.
