The Foolish Crow and the Clever Fox

Once upon a time, there was a crow who took a yummy piece of meat. It flew to a tree branch and sat down. Suddenly, a clever fox walked by under the tree. It saw the meat in the crow's mouth and really wanted it. The fox had a sneaky idea to get the meat. It decided to say nice things to the crow. It told the crow that it looked really pretty, with its shiny feathers and nice beak. The fox even said the crow was so beautiful that words couldn't explain it!

The crow felt so happy hearing the fox's kind words. It was really pleased. But then, the fox said that the crow had one problem—it couldn't talk. This made the crow a bit mad. To show that it could talk, the crow opened its mouth to caw. And guess what? The meat fell right out of its mouth! The clever fox grabbed the meat and ran away, leaving the crow without its tasty treat.
